My granddaughter Brook during her team's tryout at a talent show competition. She is in her third year of TaeKwonDo. Hopefully will be testing for her black belt this fall.
hey wait, they wear shoes? or was that just coz of the plank breaking? What i remember from my taekwando classes was strictly no shoes... but that was a long time ago
That's a very nice sport ! and it can help very much ! My son although 6.6 was attacked by a guy with a knife rememberd his judo and the guy was on the street !
